Corporate History

October 1964 Establish metal press processing factory at 487-3, Nenarigaki Yamatotakada-Shi, Nara, Japan.
October 1969 Relocate the factory to 494 Nenarigaki, Yamatotakada-Shi due to expansion of business.
May 1972 Start die manufacturing and sales by installing metal press die manufacturing facilities.
April 1974 Awarded the Director-General of Science and Technology Agency for development of Full-automated manufacturing line for specialized bolt.
January 1981 Start manufacturing parts with cold forging process by the introduction of bolt forming machine.
November 1984 Develop and start mass production parts processed with cold forging process for automobiles.
July 1987 To enhance productivity for automobiles components production, introduced German made 5-step forming machine and local made 4-step forming machine. Data processing capability is greatly improved to reinforce QC facilities.
November 1989 Relocation of the office. Computer and optical filing equipment are introduced for total manufacturing system management. Improve networks among related companies to enhance mass production system.
June 1991 A new factory is completed and operation is initiated. Enhance the development section for cold forging of special shaped parts and pursue the marhining accuracy of finishing.
February 1992 Incorporated and renamed the company name Iidzka Seisakusho Co.,Ltd.. Paid-in capital 10 million yen.
April 1999 Award from Nara prefecture for small and medium enterprises Creative Business Promotion Law is granted.
August 1999 Accredited as a Creative Venture Business by Nara Prefecture SEM support center and receive 20Million yen of bonds from SBIC. Introduce 630tons press for technical research.
December 1999 Shinjo factory is completed at Shinjo-cho, Kitakatsuragigun,Nara.
August 2000 Capital fund is increased to 20Million yen.
October 2001 Received ISO9001 "Quality Corporate Management System" certificate.
July 2002 Decide to establish a new factory in Hari in Nara under authorization from Nam Prefecture regarding the change in the period covered by SEM Creative Business Promotion Law.
May 2003 Hari factory is completed in Tugebaba-cho, Nara-city.
January 2004 Received ISO14001 "Environmental Corporate Management System" certificate.
February 2006 The second phase in Hari is completed.
March 2006 Swiss made No.1 rotary transfer machine is introduced in Han factory.
October 2006 Swiss made No.2 rotary transfer machine is introduced in Han factory.
June 2007 Awarded as "One of the best 300 energetic manufacturing small and medium-sized companies by Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry ,Small and Medium Enterprise Agency.
December 2007 The third phase in Hari factory is completed.
March 2008 Swiss made No. 3 rotary transfer machine is introduced in Hari factory.
November 2009 Decide to establish new factory in Aira-city, Kagoshima in order to enhance R&D. (Starting operation in 2012)
December 2010 Certified ISO/TS16949 Automotive Quality Management System.
October 2011 Kagoshima factory operation started.
